Responsibilities
  • Drive the end-to-end UX design process for the next-generation platform.
  • Develop user personas, user journeys, and task flows based on user research.
  • Work closely with product managers to align design strategies with business goals.
  • Partner with engineers to ensure the feasibility of designs and smooth implementation.
  • Plan and execute user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Analyze research findings to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
  • Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency.
  • Champion best practices in UX/UI design within the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers on the team.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative team environment.
