- Check the texture and temperature of emulsions.
- Supply raw materials to stuffing and canning workshops according to deadlines, recipe sheets, and defined procedures.
- Communicate with upstream meat-preparation services and downstream stuffing or canning services.
- Prepare recycling for the following day.
- Report schedule progress to the workshop team leader and notify the leader of malfunctions.
- Organize the work area using 5S.
- Work a two-shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
