💡 Your Mission: Own the First Contact and Grow the Sales Pipeline!

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the first step of the sales process: identifying who our next customers should be, building the approach to reach them, and shaping how our go-to-market strategy evolves as we scale into new segments. Nobody hands you a list and a script here. You build your own view of the market, test what works, and feed what you learn directly back into how we sell. If you think in terms of pipeline health rather than call counts, and want real input into the commercial strategy of an early-stage company, this is that seat.

For this particular position we are looking for someone who can work from our Berlin office in a hybrid setup.

🚀 Your Daily Business – No two days are alike

• Build and own your outbound strategy for the healthcare segment, from account research through to a qualified meeting

• Run a sustained, high-intensity outreach cadence across calls, email and LinkedIn, supported daily by AI tooling that handles the groundwork so your time goes into judgement, not admin

• Qualify opportunities against clear criteria and hand off meetings that are genuinely ready for our Account Executives

• Keep a clean, accurate record of every conversation and outcome in our CRM, your data shapes decisions beyond your own pipeline

• Feed customer and market signal directly into our GTM strategy, your read on the market changes how we approach it, not just how you execute it

• Track industry shifts and translate them into sharper positioning over time

🤝 Your Skillset – What you bring to the table

• First experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech environments

• Confidence in conducting cold calls and handling rejection professionally

• Curiosity to understand customer needs and match them with our solution

• Excellent communication skills: You know how to get to the point and make complex topics easy to understand

• Technical affinity: Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.

• Fluent in German (C2), to effectively support our German customer base and a good command of English.

• Based in/close to Berlin - or willing to relocate.
