A minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience working in commercial and industrial environments is required.
Chiller and boiler experience is a strong asset.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Completion of applicable trade school is a plus but is not required.
Universal EPA certification is required.
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations is required.
The candidate must be able to work independently and without supervision.
The candidate must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and work authorization check.
The role requires communication and customer service skills and the ability to work positively in a team environment.

As a HVAC technician, you will be responsible for the troubleshooting, servicing and repairing of HVAC equipment as well as performing preventative maintenance on PM contracts.
