A minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience working in commercial and industrial environments is required.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Universal EPA certification is required.
Candidates must maintain a positive attitude and be willing to work in a team environment.
Communication and customer service skills are required.
Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations is required.
Candidates must be able to work independently and without supervision.
Candidates must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and work authorization check.

As a HVAC technician, you will be responsible for the troubleshooting, servicing and repairing of HVAC equipment as well as performing preventative maintenance on PM contracts.
