Requirements
  • Previous sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in software
  • Strong existing sales skills (sales methodology as well as organization and communication)
  • Intellectual curiosity with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts
  • Ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and building from the ground up
  • High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity using software for previous work (CRM, email, etc)
  • Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the founding Enterprise Account Executive in EMEA on GTM Strategy
  • Handle all leads from accounts with fewer than 100 employees, including demo requests
  • Proactively find and qualify opportunities within the assigned segment (EMEA)
  • Determine the best-fit solution for each opportunity based on the client's requirements and budget
  • Manage and close deals directly for opportunities best served by our Professional Plan
  • Actively manage accounts and opportunities, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
  • Generate qualified opportunities for our Census Embedded or Enterprise Plans and route them to the appropriate Account Executive
  • Handle all trials for accounts with fewer than 100 employees, ensuring they receive the support and resources needed for a successful trial experience
  • Proactively engage with commercial and enterprise organizations through outbound efforts
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize prospect and customer experience and engagement process
  • Develop strong sales and product knowledge to create, educate, and qualify Data and Operations teams about Census and the modern data stack

Census is a Data Activation platform that utilizes Reverse ETL to sync warehouse data with various SaaS tools, integrating with popular sources like Snowflake, BigQuery, and Postgres, and destinations including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Facebook Ads. The platform also offers a no-code segment builder for dynamic audience creation and native integrations with git, dbt, Airflow, Prefect, and Looker for efficient data management.
