  • 2-3 years experience working in HR

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing contracts, right to work checks, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Support employee engagement programs, training, annual reviews, workforce planning and organizational design efforts
  • Provide proactive employee relations support by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Manage employee records, update HR systems, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Maintain compliance with UK and Germany employment regulations, GDPR, and internal policies
  • Liaise with the Global payroll team to ensure accurate processing of salaries, benefits, and deductions and support Spreetail EU leadership on month-end workforce reporting
