  • Flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Prior retail sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English required; conversational Spanish skills a plus
  • Basic retail math and computer skills; experience with Shopify POS a plus
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

  • All employees are expected to be available to work 'Black Friday' (the day after US Thanksgiving) until the end of the holiday season, to be defined each year based in part on the time period guests are permitted to return holiday merchandise, on an annual basis
Responsibilities
  • Assist with all aspects of Community Hub setup
  • Organize merchandise, set and stock the sales floor, and ensure that the Community Hub is always maintained according to FIGS’ operational standards
  • Welcome customers to the Community Hub and engage them in meaningful conversations about FIGS’ brand and mission
  • Develop deep product knowledge in order to educate healthcare professionals about FIGS’ products and our focus on fabric, fit, and function
  • Help customers find their desired style, color, and size, and suggest complementary products
  • Anticipate customer needs and go above and beyond to provide an exceptional FIGS experience
  • Support the Hub sales plan to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met
  • Support customer transactions, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online orders placed in the Hub
  • Provide insights on replenishment needs, and participate in regular inventory counts
  • Assist in planning and executing in-store events and initiatives
  • Support all operational needs related to the customer journey, including the Rittenhouse Community Hub cafe experience
  • Represent the FIGS brand, mission, and values in action
