Requirements
  • 10+ years relevant work experience in Analytics, Data Science or Software Engineering
  • Fluency in SQL
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or a similar scripting language
  • Experience in distributed data processing systems and framework (Hive, Redshift, Presto, Snowflake, Spark, etc)
  • Firm knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand existing problems and identify areas of impact for your team
  • Understand user behavior within Figma through creation of new datasets, metrics, experimentation, etc and guide decision making
  • Develop new techniques, datasets, tools that will enable answering previously unanswered questions and increasing rigor of analyses
  • Design and maintain frameworks that are widely leveraged across the company
  • Establish partnerships with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Research, Design, Sales, and Marketing
