About the job
- A university degree in a technical field is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality Management is required.
- Fluent English is required.
- Communication, social and intercultural sensitivity, change management, target and result orientation, motivation and resilience, self-organization, conflict management, and teamwork are required.
- Control deployment of LEONI and customer quality strategies and drive quality actions.
- Lead regular internal and external follow-up meetings and conduct regular customer and plant visits.
- Ensure actions comply with customer-specific requirements.
- Manage the customer interface for all quality matters.
- Take actions in close consultation with management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up customer-responsibility rework for customers.
- Support pre-production and production.
- Support internal and customer audits.
- Provide support for quality improvements.
- Determine and negotiate LEONI liability in cases of quality complaints, including out-of-kilometer and warranty matters.
- Support determination and negotiation of LEONI liability in the event of technical complaints, including out-of-kilometer and warranty matters.
- Support evaluation and negotiation of project-specific requirements with the customer.
- Support evaluation of first-tier quality contracts with the customer and first-tier suppliers.
