Simplistic is seeking a dynamic DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER to lead our marketing team and orchestrate comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SMS and email campaigns, social media, and SEO initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer with a proven track record in an agency setting, managing multiple client projects simultaneously and driving measurable results.

As a DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER, this role could include:
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, with a strong focus on SMS and email campaign management, ensuring all initiatives align with client goals and brand narratives
- Manage comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure content is optimized for search engines, increasing organic traffic and visibility
- Act as the primary marketing contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, providing strategic support and managing expectations. Ensure high-quality service delivery across all client interactions
- Lead the creation of compelling content across various platforms including websites, blogs, and social media. Ensure all content is on-brand and optimized for both user engagement and SEO
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing efforts. Provide regular reports to senior management detailing successes, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Continuously evaluate and refine marketing processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Solicit and incorporate feedback from clients and team members to improve service delivery
Required Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing with 4-6 years of relevant experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in an agency environment.
- Expertise in crafting and managing SMS and email marketing campaigns; familiarity with tools like HubSpot and Klaviyo.
- Strong experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
