Registered Nurse Intake

Job Description:

The Intake Coordinator is a Registered Professional Nurse who takes referrals and processes appropriate home care services. To maintain open lines of communication with referral sources and within Americare departments. To promote Americare by means of positive customer service approach.

Requirements:

• Current NYS RN License

• Allscripts a MUST

• CHHA experience a MUST

• Computer literacy; experience with Home Care Home base a MUST

• Excellent communication skills

• Highly organized, possess a strong attention to detail
