About the job
- A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required; three years of progressive specialty experience may substitute for each year of education.
- At least four years of experience in information technology is required.
- At least four years of experience implementing geographic information system solutions for utilities.
- At least two years of experience leading the design, build, testing, and deployment of solutions using Esri ArcGIS Desktop, Telvent ArcFM, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, Web AppBuilder, and ArcGIS Mobile.
- Experience with one or two full-cycle implementations for a power, water, or sewer utility, including hands-on geographic information system design, development, and deployment.
- At least two years of experience integrating geographic information systems with utility enterprise and operational systems such as WMIS, CIS, and Synergee.
- Experience with geographic information system product architecture, ArcGIS Server, data models, web services, Python scripting, and geoprocessing services.
- At least two years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and the ArcGIS Mobile platform.
- Exposure to regulated and deregulated United States markets.
- Experience in the utilities domain.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment requiring regular travel.
- Experience leading a development team and working with client teams and subject-matter experts through the project life cycle.
