Responsibilities
  • Designs, develops, and sends partner-facing HTML emails regarding ConnectWise product releases and notifications
  • Assists with updating product documentation in help authoring platforms
  • Works ticket requests from internal teams and partners to update and create guides, how to articles, FAQs and release notes
  • Peer reviews, edits, and improves education assets and deliverables
Desired Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Technical Communication, or related field
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and coding languages (Preferred: Experience in Bootstrap)
  • Preferred: Experience with help authoring tools or platforms
