Requirements
  • 7–10+ years of progressive human resources experience, including experience in a fast-scaling, high-growth, complex, and ambiguous startup environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, coach, and thought partner to department, team, and operational leaders by providing guidance on organizational strategy, workforce planning, employee relations issues, and talent implications of business decisions.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable human resources strategies that drive growth, scalability, operational excellence, and an engaged workforce.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business units, financial drivers, and market and industry dynamics to shape people initiatives as the organization grows and scales its infrastructure.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison and advisor between the business and People Team Centers of Excellence to align human resources service delivery with business priorities.
  • Implement data-informed people strategies that strengthen organizational health, culture, leadership effectiveness, and team performance.
  • Lead workforce planning with business partners and develop plans with Talent Acquisition to identify talent profiles and a succession bench ready for promotion to increased scope and responsibility.
  • Drive talent and performance management processes that reinforce accountability, ownership, high standards of behavior, and values alignment.
  • Partner with leaders on succession planning, leadership development, compensation strategies, and retention initiatives across the enterprise.
  • Use data and insights to inform talent decisions while balancing business needs with employee advocacy.
  • Coach and develop leaders to engage, motivate, and lead high-performing teams, identify ineffective performance, and address performance issues early.
  • Lead change management efforts across growing and evolving teams and structures to support communication, accountability, and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement aligned with the company mission.
  • Support leaders in navigating ambiguity and transformational change by providing insights and serving as a thought partner on operational and people challenges.
  • Provide expert coaching on employee relations, leadership effectiveness, and team dynamics while maintaining consistency with company policies and procedures.
  • Support culture-building and employee-engagement initiatives with team leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and create and implement policies and procedures that balance business needs with operational realities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and People Centers of Excellence on due diligence, integration planning, and execution during pre- and post-acquisition integration.
  • Support organizational design, talent assessment, and cultural integration to onboard acquired entities and team members.
  • Anticipate, identify, and mitigate people-related risks associated with rapid growth and change, including harmonizing systems, processes, and policies across the enterprise.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver human resources transformation initiatives for a growing workforce.
  • Own human resources projects focused on employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and operationalizing people initiatives and infrastructure that attract, develop, and retain talent.
