- The candidate is preparing a Bac+3 in real estate.
- The candidate should demonstrate rigor, method, analytical ability, interpersonal qualities, customer-service orientation, teamwork, autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to make proposals.
- Develop and retain a client portfolio in property administration by providing commercial and accounting follow-up for mandates.
- Prospect, negotiate, and conclude new property-management contracts, ensuring their accounting integration through fund calls and rent receipts.
- Handle accounting for rental-management and condominium mandates, including bank reconciliations and supplier-invoice checks.
- Prepare rent calls, fund calls, and management reports in line with customer-satisfaction objectives.
- Advise owners and co-owners on accounting matters and portfolio development.
- Develop strategic partnerships and a network of business referrers while ensuring the accounting quality of referred files.
- Track commercial and budget-performance indicators by cross-referencing revenue and accounting data, including adjustments and closings.
- Prepare accounting and tax documents for clients in support of the commercial relationship.
