About the Job

Requirements

  • You have solid knowledge of payroll accounting gained through training or specialist courses.
  • You have at least two years of professional experience in payroll accounting.
  • Ideally, you have passed the labor law examination; otherwise, you are motivated and willing to complete it soon.
  • You have good knowledge of one or more ERP systems, such as SAP, BMD, or Sage DPW.
  • You have excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • You are flexible and willing to take on assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational, on-site support for ongoing payroll processing during capacity shortages.
  • Support projects involving special payroll matters, including payroll due diligence, coverage reviews, and labor-tax support for system implementations.
  • Independently manage payroll matters for national and international clients.
  • Advise on labor law, social insurance law, and wage tax law.

Desired Qualifications

  • Passing the labor law examination is preferred.
