What believers are saying

  • Travel support: float-nurse application states fuel cards and hotels accompany travel beyond ninety minutes from home.
  • Staff support: QCC's careers page lists team member assistance among its benefits.
  • Retirement support: the official careers benefits include a company match on employee retirement-plan contributions.

What critics are saying

  • Mobile roster: the float nursing role requires travel across correctional sites and availability for days, nights, and weekends.
  • Crisis responsibilities: the Bedford mental-health position includes suicide-prevention interventions and management of urgent patient needs.
  • Clinical entry requirements: its Bedford mental-health opening requires a relevant master's degree and six months of mental-health experience.

What makes Quality Correctional Care unique
