Requirements
  • Proven experience in analysing and communicating data and insights in commercial settings.
  • Ability to connect insights with business outcomes to support our team and commercial teams in building a strong business case for client engagement and sales opportunities.
  • Previous experience working with clients or commercial teams, with any account management or client support experience.
  • Strong ability to understand a client’s unique needs and ask the right questions.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively with data (including interpretation, manipulation and data viz) exploring unconventional approaches and challenging assumptions.
  • Ability to generate genuinely interesting insights that inspire strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the critical link between our data and the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, driving initiatives that support brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, upsell, and product engagement.
  • Ensure that insights are delivered effectively, tailored to suit the audience, and aligned with strategic business goals.
