  • At least 3 years of experience working in the gaming industry.
  • Familiarity with global content environment is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of subculture, familiar with current popular anime, games, film and television works, and have a deep understanding of subculture style and HoYoverse's IP.
  • Excellent visual creativity and sensitivity to brand tone, with rich experience in video production.
  • Familiar with the digital communication environment and understand popular trends.
Responsibilities
  • Propose brand integration marketing communication plans based on IP settings, develop creative communication ideas and topics, including but not limited to promotional short films, animated short dramas, graphic creativity, comics, live events, etc.
  • Focus on gaming, entertainment and marketing trends to develop themes and provide detailed implementation goals and reference cases to video directors, art designers, animation departments, etc. based on understanding user insights in different global regions.
  • Plan related preheating, circle expansion, topic detonation, traffic convergence, and other communication actions, and cooperate closely with brand, community, operation, business, and other departments.
  • Manage project progress, coordinate internal and external resources.
