- Experience managing large, complex IT spend across multiple business units or enterprise environments.
- Experience driving cost optimization, supplier consolidation, contract governance, and value creation.
- Experience working with senior IT and business stakeholders and managing strategic technology vendors.
- Lead group-wide IT category strategy and consolidate IT spend across business units.
- Align sourcing with digital transformation and standardize core IT platforms.
- Strengthen supplier governance, negotiation leverage, and enterprise framework agreements.
