A minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and integrating Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) is required and must be demonstrated on the resume.
Experience implementing AspenTech Digital Grid Management solutions, including the AspenTech Monarch Platform, is required and must be demonstrated on the resume.
Demonstrated experience leading workstreams, project teams, or major project deliverables.
Strong understanding of utility operations and grid modernization initiatives.
Experience gathering business, functional, technical, and integration requirements.
Experience leading testing, deployment, cutover, and operational readiness activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
