  • A professional qualification in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems, Economics, or a related career.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in operational risk, auditing, process management, or operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and process automation.
  • Responsibility, analytical ability, organization and planning, ability to work under pressure, and results orientation.
  • Effective communication at all levels, proactivity, adaptability, rapid learning, and initiative to identify and implement improvements.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in and manage the activities required for operational risk admission for initiatives across the area from beginning to end, ensuring the appropriate control framework for projects, purchases, and service contracts, among other activities.
  • Participate in and help ensure the definition and implementation of indicators related to the area's operational risk management.
  • Help incorporate risks, controls, indicators, and other required information into the operational risk management tool according to the methodology.
  • Participate in and support management of the area's standards and procedures, ensuring they are properly documented and control measures are reflected in the policies.
  • Support training for business and support personnel in operational risk management, including identification and assessment, control and mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Coordinate and ensure with the area's units the implementation of action plans related to recorded observations.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement of the operational risk role in the area.
  • Perform other functions assigned by the leader and promote continuous improvement of the position.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience developing Gems, automations, or scripts.
