Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue planning and forecasting models
Analyze historical data, market trends, and external factors to project future revenue
Collaborate with Segment leads, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather necessary information for accurate revenue forecasting
Monitor and report on revenue performance, identifying risks and opportunities
Provide recommendations and strategies to optimize revenue generation and improve financial performance
Prepare and present revenue forecasts, budgets, and financial reports to senior management
Conduct variance analysis to understand and explain deviations from forecasted revenue

The Role:

We are seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) with a specialization in revenue planning and forecasting. This individual will play a critical role in driving the financial success of our organization by providing accurate and insightful revenue forecasts, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue planning and forecasting models
Analyze historical data, market trends, and external factors to project future revenue

What You Bring to The Team:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred
5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on revenue planning and forecasting
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice to Haves:

Experience in the technology/consumer FinTech industry is preferred, but not required.

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
