For fiscal year 2026, the company posted net income of $36.3 million, or $0.57 per diluted share, representing a 39% increase from $26.1 million, or $0.42 per share, in fiscal 2025. Net interest margin expanded 30 basis points to 2.18%. The board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share, payable on 26 August 2026. Total assets stood at $7.68 billion at year-end, whilst loans receivable reached $5.88 billion.

The company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share, payable on 20 May 2026. Net interest margin expanded seven basis points to 2.21%, marking the sixth consecutive quarter of margin improvement. Pre-tax, pre-provision net revenue increased 5.5% to $13 million. Total assets were $7.61 billion, whilst loans receivable totalled $5.78 billion, up 0.4% from December.
