  • A high school diploma, GED, or applicable Associate Degree is required.
  • Two to five years of work experience in the low-voltage construction industry is required.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Knowledge of construction technology, equipment, and methods is required.
  • Candidates must be able to research information and identify solutions for technical and design issues.
  • Candidates must be able to identify and meet customer expectations and requirements and learn and support new, quickly evolving technologies.
  • Candidates must be able to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Candidates must be able to work within deadlines while maintaining work quality, prioritize, and multitask.
  • Candidates must be able to work under time pressure, adapt to changing requirements and constructive feedback, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Candidates must be proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Candidates must be able to perform the stated physical demands, including standing, walking, lifting up to 40 pounds, carrying and climbing ladders to 20 feet, and working in tight or confined spaces.
  • Candidates must be able to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide support for project engineering, quality control, contract administration, shop drawing review, submittals, and related support functions.
  • Assist with closeout operations by reviewing test results, redlines and as-builts, warranties, and other project closeout documents according to contract requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating and reviewing drawings, submissions, specifications, bills of material, project change requests, and document control.
  • Assist in collecting data and documentation for RFIs, project data submittals, and project- or task-specific methods of operation.
  • Coordinate with project and field management teams and field personnel to design, create, implement, and administer labels that comply with customer specifications.
  • Manage inventory control, including monitoring and tracking label-printing equipment and resources and label-printing operations.
  • Collaborate with the project team to define methods for improving project efficiency, maintaining and increasing profitability, and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Drive continuous-improvement activities and support Lean initiatives across the site in alignment with corporate strategic goals.
  • Follow company and client worksite safety policies and procedures.
  • Promote company core values and safeguard the company culture.
Desired Qualifications
  • Two to five years of experience in an administrative office setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hyperscale data centers is preferred.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, time-management, record-keeping, and follow-up skills are desired.
  • A tactful professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with managers, employees, vendors, and others are desired.
  • Ability to be self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player is desired.
