  • Represent the company's perspective on Health IT strategy and enterprise digital transformation in client-facing settings, including with C-level stakeholders.

  • Stay current on legislation and policy developments affecting Veterans and the Veterans Affairs mission and translate their implications into program and delivery strategy.
  • Own the strategic-communications thread across engagements, including executive messaging, change communications, board- and Congress-ready materials, and stakeholder communications plans for large-scale transformation.

  • Build communications strategies that align program offices, unions, oversight bodies, and industry partners during significant change.
  • Lead a team of seasoned program and client delivery professionals supporting the Veterans Affairs account across IT service management, business-process optimization, digital services, cybersecurity, infrastructure and cloud, and production support.
  • Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the Veterans Affairs delivery team, ensuring staffing, development, organization, quality, and efficiency plans align with the account's strategic vision.

US steel startup Hertha Metals has raised $133.65 million in Series A funding, including a $65 million equity investment from the US government.
