Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT
  • Ability to design in 3D CAD (Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.
  • Experience in Lean manufacturing concepts and Six Sigma methods preferred
  • Understanding formal problem solving methodologies
Responsibilities
  • Updating and/or developing production standard work instructions (SWI)
  • Designing fixtures, tools, and processes for safe and efficient manufacture
  • Sustaining and/or improving production processes with Lean manufacturing techniques
  • Observing and evaluating production downtime incidents for root cause
  • Improving manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow
