Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years in a compensation or HR-related role within a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated expertise in job evaluation, salary structures, and salary benchmarking.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • A team player with strong communication skills who can work cross-functionally with various stakeholders such as HRIS, Recruiting, Finance, and Business Controllers.
  • Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday, and a desire to continuously improve compensation processes through technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the research, development, and execution of evolving compensation programs that align with company objectives.
  • Conduct job evaluations and establish salary ranges for base, total cash, and total direct compensation on a global scale.
  • Review and update company-wide compensation benchmarks annually to ensure market competitiveness. Lead implementation of updates.
  • Participate in and support ongoing global compensation analysis projects and provide ad-hoc compensation recommendations to support business needs.
  • Improve and maintain job profiles, compensation grades, and complete ongoing data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity in Workday.
  • Administer bi-annual salary review and planning processes to support fair and competitive pay practices across the organization.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and Finance teams to address compensation needs, including benchmarking, employee analysis, and special projects as needed.
  • Complete external compensation surveys and participate in research and analysis of market data to maintain or enhance the company’s competitive position.
