Requirements

A bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT, or equivalent is required.
At least 5 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in technical product management, is required.
A strong technical background and a proven track record of delivering complex technical products at scale are required.
The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
The candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and use data-driven decision-making.
Experience working with technical teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships is required.

Responsibilities

Drive the product roadmap for key components of AI and agent platforms or application products, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.
Partner with science and engineering teams to define and prioritize technical requirements for new AI features and capabilities.
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from conception through launch, including writing product requirements documents, technical specifications, and business requirements.
Develop and track success metrics, conduct data analysis to measure product performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with user experience teams to ensure an optimal user experience across Alexa-enabled devices and surfaces.
Build partnerships with stakeholders across the company, including Science, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Legal teams.
Drive technical decisions that balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business requirements.
Identify and assess opportunities to apply emerging AI technologies to enhance Alexa's capabilities.
Own the strategy, development, and optimization of AI and agent products, and work cross-functionally to build AI infrastructure and application products and systems.
Drive user engagement, retention, and conversion through push notifications while balancing personalization, timing, frequency, and business impact.

Desired Qualifications

A master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT, or equivalent is preferred.
Experience with conversational AI or voice-based products is preferred.
A strong technical understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts, particularly natural language processing and large language models, is preferred.
A track record of innovation and zero-to-one product development is preferred.
Experience with deep learning model training or inference is preferred.

About The Role

We are looking for a customer-obsessed and hands-onexperiencedProduct Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our AI and agent products. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, CRM, and analytics to build AI infra and application products/systems to support both.

You will play a key role in driving user engagement, retention, and conversion through effective use of push notifications—balancing personalization, timing, frequency, and business impact.

What We Look For In You
