About the job

Requirements
  • Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
  • Compliance with all airport, company, and required safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
  • Ability to complete assigned duties accurately and within required timelines.
  • Ability to maintain established quality standards.
  • Minimum availability of five days per week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Availability for all scheduled shifts on the specified December and January dates.
  • Availability to attend four days of eight-hour airline training during the week of December 7.
  • Availability to work approximately four-hour shifts within the 6:50 AM–12:00 PM window.
  • Availability to work the regular Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday schedule from March 3 onward.
Responsibilities
  • Assist passengers at check-in counters, gates, and arrival areas.
  • Verify travel documents and comply with airline and Transportation Security Administration protocols.
  • Make clear announcements and provide directions.
  • Support boarding, baggage assistance, and special service needs.
  • Collaborate with airline teams and fellow agents to ensure smooth operations.
  • Deliver customer service under pressure in a dynamic terminal setting.
  • Transfer disabled or paralyzed passengers in wheelchairs between the front curb, front counter, aircraft, and baggage claim as needed.
