- Drive hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development for the Analyst organization.
- Partner with senior leadership to set priorities, operating rhythms, and execution standards across the Analyst organization.
- Own quality standards for portfolio data workflows, client implementations, analytics validation, and recurring deliverables.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science leadership to define the roadmap for portfolio analytics and institutional investment workflows.
- Translate complex investment processes into scalable product capabilities and analytical frameworks.
- Establish best practices, review standards, and quality controls across financial models, portfolio analytics, and client deliverables.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex analytical, operational, and client-related challenges.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, chief investment officers, traders, and risk teams to understand evolving investment workflows and drive product innovation.
- Define team goals, operational metrics, and delivery key performance indicators while continuously improving execution efficiency.
- Build organizational capability through coaching, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Monitor market trends, portfolio management techniques, and institutional investment practices to guide product strategy and team direction.
- CFA designation is strongly preferred.
- FRM or MBA is a plus.
- Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, MSCI Barra, Aladdin, Charles River, or similar institutional investment platforms.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other analytical tools.
