Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a surveyor in road, sewerage, or infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct, coach, or guide colleagues.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree specializing in surveying, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or similar surveying software.
  • Experience with 3D modeling, machine control, and digital work methods.
  • Strong organizational ability and a structured approach.
  • Communication skills, decisiveness, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to actively contribute to the further professionalization of the department.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately ten topographers, with attention to knowledge sharing and team development.
  • Align and standardize work methods, measurement procedures, and systems in use.
  • Implement and monitor standards, guidelines, and internal procedures.
  • Manage team planning and capacity in relation to ongoing and future projects.
  • Support project leaders and site teams with complex surveying questions.
  • Perform quality control of measurement results, plans, as-built files, and progress statements.
  • Oversee and further develop 3D applications and machine control.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
