Requirements
  • At least 6 months of required field experience in home support (SAD).
  • Experience with medical assistance in dying (AMM) in the home is required.
  • Training in DCI, Cristal Net, and Sil-P must be completed before arrival in Chibougamau.
  • Solid knowledge of national care rules is required, and candidates must be in good standing with OIIQ.
  • A valid driver's license and functional automobile are required for home visits.
Responsibilities
  • Provide home-support nursing services at the Centre de santé de Chibougamau for the full assignment period, from October 28, 2026, to April 30, 2027.
  • Work day shifts Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; work approximately one weekend every five or six weeks.
  • Provide occasional and monthly on-call coverage, specifically for palliative-care cases.
  • Conduct home visits.
