Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into user-centric design solutions for both mobile apps and web platforms.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
  • Conduct competitor research, and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience.
  • Design visually stunning interfaces that align with Quince's brand identity and aesthetic for both app, mobile and web.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across mobile and web platforms.
  • Leverage A/B testing, usability tests and other user research methodologies to validate experiences. Take a customer-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design processes and methodologies.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and provide support throughout the development lifecycle for both app and web.
  • Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that final designs meet user requirements and business objectives.
  • Seek ways to enhance e-commerce experience (focusing on mobile-first design)
  • Proactively use design, UX and prototyping to communicate new inspiring brand
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay up to date with new innovations and industry trends
