  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • 2+ years experience in testing electronics, electro-mechanical assemblies, or integrated systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly cross-functional role.
  • Must be onsite 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test procedures and processes for dynamic and thermal testing of spacecraft hardware.
  • Define environmental test equipment specifications, identify vendors, qualify equipment, and implement into production.
  • Design and develop test setups and fixturing for engineering development and qualification testing.
  • Perform analysis, evaluate test results, and prepare test reports for stakeholder review.
  • Lead troubleshooting, root cause, and corrective action efforts of environmental test process, equipment, procedure, and fixture related issues.
  • Lead Design for Test efforts to optimize for environmental test production processes.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and tools for test operations and related processes.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for environmental test processes and equipment.
