Job Description :

Au sein du service clients export, vous êtes garant de la bonne exécution des préparations de commande et du transport client. A ce titre vous êtes l’interlocuteur des prestataires logistiques et de transport, assurez la résolution des anomalies, organisez le suivi de l’activité, du budget logistique et transport,
En collaboration avec l’assurance qualité, vous vous assurez que les opérations sont réalisées dans le respect des BPDG.
Vous pilotez des projets d’évolution des processus, des outils IT ou des interfaces relatifs à votre activité, d’optimisation des coûts, de réduction de l’impact environnemental de l’activité,...
