Responsibilities
- Support the team in managing daily case workflows and assigning activities to the appropriate teams and reviewers.
- Monitor case processing and check compliance with operating guidelines, procedures, and project service-level agreements.
- Help manage project-dedicated email inboxes and support operational communications with clients, branches, and bank relationship managers to handle requests, clarifications, and document integrations.
- Analyze credit-case documentation and enter and update data in company management systems and, where applicable, client-bank platforms.
- Help manage urgent matters and client priorities, ensuring timely handling and attention to operational deadlines.
- Prepare, update, and monitor project reporting.
- Assist the Project Manager in monitoring operational activities and collecting key evidence and issues.
- Develop knowledge of managed processes, with opportunities to work on credit analysis, case underwriting, preparation of contractual documentation, secured cases, clearances, enforcement of guarantees, and data entry.
