Product Owner

As a seasoned Product Owner with over 15 years of experience, you will lead strategic product initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure delivery of high-impact solutions aligned with business goals. You will serve as the voice of the customer, translating complex business needs into actionable development tasks, and guiding agile teams through the product lifecycle.

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
• Lead prioritization of features using frameworks like MoSCoW, RICE, or WSJF
• Influence executive stakeholders and contribute to portfolio-level planning.

• Own and manage the product backlog; write clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and development teams
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate product direction.

• Use analytics, KPIs, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and measure success
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.

• Work closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, QA, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive product experiences
• Champion customer-centric design and usability.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Proven track record of delivering complex products in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification (for scaled agile environments)
