Monitor SharePoint environment health, storage utilization, and usage metrics, escalating issues and performing routine maintenance as needed.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and day-to-day support to business owners, site administrators, and general users.
Design, build, test, and maintain Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows that automate business processes.
Meet with business users to document current-state processes, identify automation opportunities, and gather requirements for Power Automate solutions.
Thoroughly test automation solutions before deployment, including error-handling validation, edge-case testing, and user-acceptance confirmation.
Assist in providing training and how-to documentation to business users and support adoption of self-service automation within the organization.

A major in Computer Science or a similar technical degree is preferred.
