About the job

Requirements
  • Growth or product leadership experience, ideally through a comparable growth-stage transition.
  • B2B SaaS experience.
  • Ownership of a product-led growth motion running alongside a sales-assisted or account-led function.
  • Hands-on experimentation across the full funnel, from website conversion to lifecycle.
  • Technical fluency in funnel instrumentation and product analytics, with hands-on experience setting it up or debugging it.
  • Hands-on experience building or running agentic workflows with AI tooling.
Responsibilities
  • Own acquisition, activation, retention, referral and revenue across the funnel, including conversion between stages.
  • Set Growth's key performance indicators, service-level agreements, instrumentation and experiment cadence.
  • Define what is tracked, how funnel stages are defined, and whether the data is reliable; specify and debug instrumentation.
  • Turn product, marketing and customer relationship management data into signals for the account team, including the infrastructure, analysis, signal agents, and decisions to promote, refine or discontinue signals against their baselines.
  • Set the boundary between product-led Growth and the account-led motion, agreeing signal ownership and shared metrics with go-to-market teams.
  • Lead the Growth organization, including hiring standards and sourcing capacity, organizational design, headcount planning and budget, and performance, promotion and exit decisions.
  • Run the Growth operating cadence, including multiple experiments weekly, quarterly planning and the Growth scoreboard; discontinue work that is not producing results.
  • Set Growth's artificial intelligence adoption target, decide what to automate, report measured gains to the executive team, and own related risk and compliance.
  • Represent Growth to the CEO and executive team and translate company strategy into a prioritized Growth plan.
  • Scale product signals and the customer data platform behind them; own analysis and signal agents while Marketing Operations owns routing.
  • Bring experimentation into Growth, including running A/B tests on the feature-flag and experimentation foundation built by Engineering.
  • Agree with Marketing which metrics each team owns.
  • Diagnose the largest funnel constraint and put a structural fix in motion.
  • Personally make and defend experiment decisions across the funnel.
  • Make promote, refine or discontinue decisions on product signals and triage new signals with go-to-market teams.
  • Own instrumentation rigor across the funnel.
  • Run quarterly Growth initiative planning and the accompanying scoreboard.
  • Run alignment cadence with Marketing, go-to-market teams and Product.
  • Build and run artificial intelligence tooling and agentic workflows in Growth.
  • Hire and coach the Growth team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Vertical technology background.
  • Series B scale-up experience.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Sitemate raised $18 million in December 2024 from Blackbird, Shearwater Capital, and Marbruck.
  • Headcount doubled to 140, and Austin expands central US sales in 2025.
  • Storm launched June 2026, with July and August updates for video and attachments.

What critics are saying

  • Sitemate's Storm metrics come from company claims, not independent verification.
  • Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud already bundle broader workflows, squeezing Sitemate adoption by 2027.
  • If AI reporting stalls, Dashpivot stays replaceable paperwork software and loses expansion leverage.

What makes Sitemate unique

  • Dashpivot digitizes paperwork for industrial field teams across construction, logistics, energy, and manufacturing.
  • Gearbelt adds asset management, extending Sitemate beyond forms into fleet and equipment tracking.
  • Storm embeds AI data capture inside mobile Dashpivot, targeting offline jobsite workflows.
