- JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Distribution modules including Inventory, Sales Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Finance, and Purchase Order Management
- SQL or a comparable database query tool
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritize accordingly
- Good written and oral communication skills, including development of project documentation, presentation materials, and status reporting
- Ability to understand users' requirements and communicate them to development personnel
- Demonstrated ability in information technology analysis methodologies (e.g., process flow definition, data flow diagramming)
- Demonstrated ability to create plans and timelines using management tools such as Microsoft Project (a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other information technology personnel
- Ability to lead effective meetings that are tailored to the audience

- Production Support responsibilities and Application Development responsibilities imply time-scope and project involvement
- GC and U.S. Citizenship are required for employment
- Provide assistance to first level information technology support in resolving user issues, as well as direct support to user community
- Analyze and document relevant business processes
- Conduct interviews with customers to define functional requirements
- Participate during detailed design and/or configuration
- Participate in Integration Testing, including development of test plans, test cases and scenarios and documentation of results
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams on enterprise resource planning projects
- Ensure documentation includes test plans and results
- Enterprise Report Writing knowledge (a plus)
- Advanced Pricing knowledge (a plus)
- MS Project experience (a plus)
