- A comprehensive understanding of Warehouse Management System and Transportation Management System systems is required.
- Proficiency in data analytics is required.

- Facilitate initial new employee training and provide daily mentorship to department associates.
- Assist the department supervisor with employee cross-training initiatives and provide real-time feedback on new employee training.
- Monitor the floor for Occupational Safety and Health Administration compliance and safety procedures, and report findings to the department supervisor.
- Lead by example, maintain a safe work environment, and assist with personnel-related documentation.
- Assist the department supervisor with associate accountability related to distribution center policies.
- Execute daily performance metric targets set by the department supervisor and ensure associate key performance indicator expectations are satisfied.
- Drive department performance in accuracy, damage mitigation, and dock-to-stock expectations through active floor presence, process knowledge, and problem-solving resolution.
- Provide quality-control oversight to minimize errors, discrepancies, and damages.
- Work with the department supervisor to establish proactive best-practice improvement measures across operational areas.
- Identify operational bottlenecks with team members, provide actionable solutions, and give feedback to the supervisor to improve long-term performance.
- Work with the department supervisor to balance labor, workload, and resources across the department.
- Maintain responsive, professional communication with internal and external partners and customers.
- Ensure employees are certified and trained on assigned material-handling equipment.
- Two or more years of warehouse experience.
- A bachelor's degree in Distribution, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.

JASPER, Texas — Winsupply Inc. has acquired a Texas company with two locations.
Winsupply is expanding its national distribution network by adding 1.6 million square feet of capacity over the next two years across three key regions. The project includes a 1.17-million-square-foot facility in Atlanta, a 254,000-square-foot development in Oklahoma City and a 200,000-square-foot expansion in Dayton. The infrastructure investment aims to support more than 680 local companies that operate under Winsupply, distributing residential and commercial construction and industrial supplies across plumbing, HVAC, electrical and waterworks sectors. Company president Jeff Dice described the expansion as supporting Winsupply's entrepreneurship-focused business model. The improvements are designed to reduce supply chain friction and enable local partners to diversify inventory whilst maintaining competitive advantage in their markets. The company characterised the project as one of its most significant infrastructure investments.
