What we’re looking for
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic polymath to join us as our Growth Lead. You’ll be excited to scale an early-stage business and have a massively accelerated career trajectory.
You’ll be joining us at an incredibly exciting time, just as things are starting to take off! We raised from tier 1 VCs and 30+ renowned founders, and we’ve spent the past 12 months building and deploying our platform with well-known tech companies.
Now we’re ready to scale fast, and we need someone to drive our marketing efforts. We’ve built an experienced team, and our CEO, CFO, & CCO have gone on similar journeys with Tessian, driving revenue from $0-30m+ ARR and from pre-seed to Series C (Sequoia, Accel, etc.).
There are no limits with this role, and we expect this person to be a future commercial leader at Omnea as we scale.
Please note! Different companies call this role different things so we’re advertising this role under both Growth Lead and Marketing Lead, but it’s one role we’re hiring for!
What Can You Expect?
You’ll be one of the first growth/marketing hire at one of Europe’s most promising early-stage companies, working alongside an experienced team who have done this before and worked with the best investors and teams out there;
You’ll collaborate with our leadership and sales team to drive our growth & marketing strategy and execution;
You’ll own and manage all aspects of our growth marketing, from digital channels to community building / field marketing, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to growing;
You’ll have close relationships across sales, customer success, and product, gathering feedback and putting our strengths out there;
You’ll work more broadly across the business than any other ‘normal’ marketing or growth role, and helping shape the future of the function;
You’ll really get to know about CFOs and procurement leaders, and become the go-to person on our team;
As we grow our marketing function, you’ll have an outsized impact on the business as you experiment and help us figure out the right channels to scale. We operate as a meritocracy, and there are no limits to your growth.
About You
You’re ambitious and hard-working, and will succeed at whatever you put your mind to. You make up for any potential lack of experience with intelligence, grit, and a constant growth mindset.
You have 3-7 years of experience in a growth, demand generation or marketing role, with a strong foundation in digital & product marketing, and brand building;
You have experience managing agencies and in-house teams, and you can work cross-functionally to drive results. You are comfortable working and solving problems alone and with others;
You’re entrepreneurial and want to be part of building a business. You want to rise faster or earn more than would be possible in any ‘normal’ career and you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and do whatever’s required;
You’re an outstanding communicator; verbal, written, and when presenting and can easily articulate difficult concepts;
You have a track record of exceptional performance, whether it’s in academia, work, sport, or whatever else you’ve put your mind to;
You are intelligent and have the capacity to rapidly understand our product inside and out, without the crutch of relying on engineers.
