  • Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot IT systems, including endpoints, identity platforms, and SaaS applications, to ensure reliability and employee productivity.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot VPN solutions such as Jamf and Tailscale to provide secure remote access for employees and partners.
  • Administer and customize Jira, including workflows, automations, user permissions, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, group-based access controls, provisioning and deprovisioning, and integrations with other business systems.
  • Own day-to-day administration of Google Workspace, including user lifecycle management, security settings, and collaboration tools such as Gmail, Drive, and Calendar.
  • Support identity and access management through Okta, including provisioning and deprovisioning and Okta Flow.
  • Assist with implementing and monitoring security controls and contribute to compliance efforts and internal IT policies.
  • Provide Tier 2 support, resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Partner with Security, People Operations, Engineering, and other teams to support IT initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in IT systems administration or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira administration and customization, including workflows, automations, and dashboards.
  • Experience managing Google Workspace environments, including Admin Console, security settings, and user lifecycle.
  • Experience with Okta for identity and access management, including single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and user lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro for macOS device management, including enrollment, policies, configuration profiles, and patch management.
  • Familiarity with macOS, Windows, and/or Linux environments.
  • Experience with Okta Flow for SaaS lifecycle automation, access governance, and security workflows.
  • Ability to prioritize, execute, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ownership mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.

Desired Qualifications
  • Basic scripting or automation experience with PowerShell, Bash, or JSON.
  • VDI experience, including exposure to virtual desktop environments such as Azure Virtual Desktop, AWS WorkSpaces, Citrix, or similar.
  • Experience with Aquera or similar HRIS-to-IT automation platforms for onboarding, offboarding, and employee change workflows.
  • Exposure to IT automation, zero-touch provisioning, or workflow-driven IT operations.
  • Strong understanding of VPN technologies, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Google Workspace Administrator certification.
  • Okta Certified Professional certification.
  • CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification.
  • Jamf Certified Associate or higher certification.
