About the Job

Requirements

  • Education in construction, at least secondary school with a school-leaving examination.
  • Practical experience managing construction projects.
  • Organizational and communication skills for coordinating teams and subcontractors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A responsible, independent approach to work, with emphasis on quality and deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • A valid category B driver's license; travel to construction sites is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate construction work and subcontractors.
  • Monitor quality and occupational safety.
  • Ensure timely project completion.
  • Communicate with subcontractors.
  • Perform construction-related administrative duties.
  • Work with designers.
  • Work throughout the Czech Republic.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of German is a strong advantage.
