Requirements
  • University degree or previous sales experience
  • 2+ years of automotive industry experience, ideally within a dealership or with another CRM provider
  • 2+ years of account management experience
  • Comfortable working somewhat autonomously and able to prioritize deliverables accordingly
  • Ability to use quantitative & qualitative metrics to communicate progress, identify meaningful trends & make compelling recommendations
  • Experience in communicating with dealership personnel, including Dealer Principals, General Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Associates.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a requirement
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strategic & Collaborative; get the bigger picture – can work with internal & external teams to bring alignment
  • Ability to communicate a vision and deliver on it

Responsibilities
  • Develop a clear understanding of the client’s business goals and implement effective dealership processes
  • Conduct consistent monthly performance reviews to maintain client relationships and monitor product performance
  • Build trust and strong relationships with dealers, ensuring high levels of product adoption
  • Identify growth opportunities within the account portfolio and mitigate potential churn
  • Ensure correct and timely updates within Activix client CRM for account management and KPI measurement
  • Train dealership personnel to ensure strong adoption and engagement with AutoSync software products
