Responsibilities

  • Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; may be cross-trained across multiple store areas to support business needs.
  • Role-model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
  • Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs.
  • Uphold the merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
  • Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
  • Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and participate in maintaining and cleaning the entire store.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
  • Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
