About the job
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources administration.
- A bachelor's degree.
- Experience in data input.
- Familiarity with human resources information system software.
- Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in human resources information systems.
- Prepare and distribute human resources documents, including contracts and employment verification letters.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Handle employee inquiries, provide timely and accurate responses, and escalate issues as needed.
- Handle additions and deletions of medical cards.
- Handle social insurance forms with the Social Insurance Authority.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for human resources information systems.
- Generate reports and analyze human resources data to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and ensure their consistent application across the organization.
- Assist with audits and investigations related to human resources matters and ensure documentation and records comply with legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Handle contract renewals and probation processes.
- Manage attendance and leave.
