  • Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • Register and schedule patients for outpatient office appointments, procedures, and surgeries.
  • Assist with patient-care and appointment-related tasks, including record gathering, scanning, faxing, and uploading images.
  • Work collaboratively with Cooper Neurological Institute team members and other Cooper departments, including nursing, health care access, the patient access center, lab testing, radiology, and the operating room.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience using Epic is highly preferred.
